Here is my complete and up to date dosing list:

After water displacement I figure the entire system volume is 140-150gl total.

Daily
CA: 110ML
ALK: 110ML
Strontium: 1 Teaspoon
Lugols: 1 drop
MB7: 14 drops
Vodka(80 proof): 2ml

Weekly
MG: 110ML
AA's: 6 drops(twice a week)

Monthly
30gl Water change Reef Crystals
Carbon replaced (3-4 cups in a mesh bag)

I am not sure whether it is the AA's or the Strontium but I have had an amazing growth explosion recently. My growth had slowed down for over a month but just last week it has really taken off. It could be just a coincidence as my tank goes through these growth spurts and slow downs, but I feel the AA's and Strontium have really made a difference.

My tank and corals have never looked better.

What brand of AA's are you using? And do you only drop into the water, no target feeding of the AA's? THX!

Hello,

I dose Brightwell's AA's. I drop them directly into the display tank and turn my skimmer off for one hour. So far the growth I have gotten has been great.

-Are you using Brightwell's Aquatics Lugol's Solution.

-Also, are you using Brightwell's Strontion-P Dry Strontium?

I am getting ready to do an order and want to try what you are doing. You seem to have good results with not too much cost.

Sorry for not clarifying it, but "AA" stands for Amino Acids.

with the MB7 the instructions say 1 drop for 50 gallons daily. So you are dosing 14? obviously it works great.
So for 75 gallons I should go for:
Daily
7 drops MB7
1ml of vodka
1 drop of lugols
half a teaspoon of strontium
Weekly
3 drops of AA (zeovit)
add about 30 ml of mag. I don't have to many corals yet.
