Well, I had attached a rimless (24x24x12) tank into my main system but decided not to make it a frag tank. I rarely sell corals so it seemed like a waste.
So........
I had some live rock along with sand sitting around so I decided to set the tank up as a real tank instead of a frag tank.
I moved over all of my zoo's and a few acans from the main tank. I also picked up a few new zoo's and acans as well. I purchased a sweet watchman goby/pistol shrimp combo and they are doing great. Here are some of the purchases and highlights of the new setup:
Setup
Rimless 24x24x12
250W phoenix 14K Reef Optix III on Ice cap ballast
Tunze 6045( I had two in there but it was TOO much flow for zoos and acans)
Livestock
assorted zoo's
assorted acan's
6 small chromis
2 clowns(moved from main display)
Watchman Goby/Pistol shrimp combo(AWESOME!)
2 blue Maxima clams(Put the 3rd new one in the main tank and is pictured above)
I will need to get some supplemental lighting as the zoo's under MH look very drab compared to what they looked like under T5's.
I took a few new shots today, check them out HERE

I just wanted to drop an update for those who were interested in the frag tank I am setting up. The new frag tank will be setup tomorrow and of coarse pictures will follow.
Here are the specs:
Tank:
24"x24"x12" Rimless
Lighting:
250W Reef Optix III
Ice Cap electric ballast
Phoenix 14K DE
Flow:
2x Tunze Nano 6045 streams
Return Pump
Either a maxi Jet 1200 or a mag 5/
Now, I know some of you are thinking "HEY! I thought you were a T5 guy!! MH!! Evil Blasphemer!!" . When setting up the tank I looked around for good deals on the components to make up the frag tank. I was initially going to get all new parts and run an Ati fixture for lighting but then I thought that it would make no sense to do so. I needed to put in the least amount of capital if I wanted to make this frag tank worth while.
I have run the Phoenix 14K's with Reef Optix III's in the past so I know that they will work great. For the price I got the lighting setup I had to do it.
Look out for photos of the new setup this weekend.
